Rebranding a leading wind energy services company

Airway Services

Airway Services is a leading wind energy services company with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. They were looking to rebrand the company to better reflect these values to both their clients and potential employees.

With long standing recognition and a solid reputation it was important that the new Airways branding feel like a natural evolution rather than a complete change. To communicate confidence and quality, we use simplicity. Simplicity, when done correctly, speaks volumes.

We carried the brand concept of confidence, quality and simplicity throughout the website design. Through the use of large imagery, type, clean design and whitespace, the site communicates a quiet confidence that exudes quality and gives a feeling of comfort. Wind energy turbines are very large, expensive projects and therefore the service and maintenance of this equipment is critical. This quiet confidence communicated through design, goes a long way toward communicating quality and safety.

To give the website a a very modern and cutting edge feel we developed the site with a video background that immediately sets the tone upon arrival to the site.

We developed a company portal that Airway Services employees can quickly and easily access the documents they need directly from the field – from any device.

We developed an internal e-commerce portal where employees can order company branded work gear. This makes it easy for employees to order the branded gear they need to look great and professionally represent the company on the job site.

Each year Airway Services attends a number of industry trade shows. It’s important to translate the branding efforts seamlessly from the website to the real world. We designed their new trade booth and brochure.

We redesigned the company brochure that is the primary takeaway at trade shows. The brochure echoes the feel of the website but goes deeper into certain aspects of their services and brand. The cleanly designed landscape booklet stands out in a sea of cheaply designed and printed 8.5 x 11 sales sheets that are generally found at trade shows.

We designed a minimalist trade booth set-up for industry specific shows. The booth design clearly communicates the simplicity of the brand while creating a space for conversation during the show.
