Medical Ministry International
Medical Ministry International is a global non-profit that since 1968 has worked in over 23 countries providing healthcare services throughout the world to those who typically would have had limited or no access to medical services.
The MMI team was making significant investments on their internal operations to bring things into the 21st century. When they came to MODassic they were in the process of moving to a custom installation of Salesforce and needed to integrate with that system and bring the MMI brand and website up-to-date to better represent the work they did as well as streamline the sign-up and management process for the numerous mission trips that they did around the world.
We worked with MMI to create a seamless integration between their website, HubSpot and Salesforce. All of their mission trips around the world would be managed directly in Salesforce. Through a custom WordPress/Salesforce integration, these trips would dynamically populate the website and project map. When individuals sign-up for trips their information is now captured in HubSpot and passed along to Salesforce. This allowed the MMI project team to work in Salesforce to manage all aspects of mission trips and for the marketing team to utilize HubSpot to market to all of their contacts and provide unique content to the different contacts. Volunteers, donors and doctors would now all get content that is customized to them.
We developed a fully responsive website that is built on the WordPress platform. The new website showcases the amazing humanitarian work that MMI does and shows the global reach they have. The site is no longer just an online brochure but instead a platform.
Through integration with the API of their payment processor, we redesigned the donation page to have better user-experience and make donating easy.
With a custom integration of Salesforce, HubSpot and WordPress, the site now has a powerful platform that powers both their marketing and operations of the organization and their numerous mission trips around the world.
We designed a video background to better showcase MMI’s global reach, the great work they do and to show the faces of the lives they touch.
Just like how you select your seat on an airplane, we created a better user experience for signing up for mission trips. Through a custom integration with salesforce, the site will show how many spots are left and what roles are still needed.
