What are Accelerated Mobile Pages?
Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) are web pages built to render quickly on a mobile device. There are three components to AMPs.
The first is AMP HTML. It is similar to basic HTML, but is extended with custom AMP properties.
The last component is the Google AMP Cache, which is a proxy-based system that allows for delivery of all AMPs. The cache has a built in validation system that guarantees all cached pages will work.
